Experience some of Australia’s finest produce from arguably the most famous restaurant space in the Blue Mountains, Ates. They champion local produce, using local honey from Malfoy’s Wild Honey, sustainably-farmed fresh produce, locally-brewed craft beers, and local wines from the region.
